A&D d.o.o.

Over the last 25 years we have grown into one of the larger distributers of primary packaging for cosmetics, personal care, food & beverage, and chemical products on the west Balkans.

Company A&D, d.o.o started as a family enterprise in the distant 1990, at the time when Slovenia was moving towards independence, and democracy and free enterprise were only beginning.

From the very start our company has been striving to provide our clients the best products under the strictest technological, safety, and ecological quality standards.

Today, with help from some of the best manufacturers of packaging products, Aptar, Baralan, Gilfor, Cabagaglio Packaging, Epoca and others, we can offer a wide assortment of packaging made of glass, aluminium, plastics, recyclable packaging and packaging made of natural and sustainable materials. In year 2020 we were able to start offering several new products made of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials.

Digitalization

In the context of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the European cohesion policy and the investments of the European Regional Development Fund, our company was also selected for the P4D React EU tender – digitalization of business within the framework of the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Entrepreneurship.

The purpose of the comprehensive implementation of the project and investment is the digitization and automation of work processes at all levels of the company’s operations, thereby increasing the efficiency of operations and improving and facilitating communication with partners.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Director

founder of the company, is a person of foresight and thoughtful execution, a workaholic who watches over our team and makes sure everything runs smoothly. His knowledge and experience make him our most trusted advisor and collaborator. He is mentor who thoughtfully shares his knowledge with our team.

Tatjana

will help you select suitable packaging for your product and make sure you can get the best purchasing terms. She will surely charm you with her fiery personality and with your permission she will add a uniquely personal touch to the design of your product.

Mateja

is in the centre of the action, she oversees main office which processes all your orders. Our operations would be one big mess without her supervision. Her high energy and outgoing personality will surely charm you.

Andreja

is our marketing and sales support guru; nothing happens without her. All brochures, flyers and most of “crazy” ideas are of her doing. She will quickly prepare all samples, photos, and other essentials you will need when developing your product. With her sparkly and cheerful personality, she will be happy to recommend how we can make your product even more attractive.

Jasna

makes sure that all documents are prepared correctly and delivered to the right place at the right time. Her attention to detail and calm demeanour under pressure is of great help to her co-workers during busy days at the office. Life is full of imperfections, or opportunities for improvement, should one find its way into our office, Jasna will find a way to set things right as fast as possible.
